Winfield ( Please call me Scott or Scotty) first entered the Real Estate Business in the late 60's and opened the first Scott Realty on Long Island N.Y. Eventually migrating to Maryland and the Insurance Business in the late 80's. When the Rock Fishing in the Chesapeake was closed he gravitated towards Ocean City for the fishing and quality of life. With his wife Barbara he reenterd the Real Estate Business and opened Scott Realty.

When she moved to Ocean City Barbara sought a line of work that would allow her to be herself and work with people. The Real Estate business allowed her that opportunity and over the years she has moved from and Agent to a Branch Officer Manager to her current position as a principle in Scott Realty.
